How do we develop sites?

Most of the sites we own are or will be suitable for development. We are always interested in talking to potential development partners, end-users and investors.

By transforming our significant landholding from largely undeveloped or underdeveloped sites to a variety of positive uses, we are committed to supporting the sustainable development of Budapest. Each project we seek to develop is meticulously researched in order to realise the maximum potential value of the site. Once completed, the developed site will usually be sold to investors. We work with both local governments and the City of Budapest to agree planning consents for projects that encourage meaningful development for the city and its surroundings. Logistics platforms encouraging new and improved business infrastructure, leisure projects to improve facilities for both residents and tourists and residential developments bringing modern housing projects to this growing city.
